Your First Visit

We know that in order to provide the precise and gentle dental care you deserve in a comfortable, effective manner, things cannot be rushed, and no guesswork can be involved. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our front desk team and personally escorted back to your treatment room by Dr. Leezer or Dr. Ken. Your first appointment is reserved for 90 minutes, giving us plenty of time to focus entirely on you - with the same personalized care, attention, and warmth we’d offer a close friend or family member. They’ll review your information beforehand so that they have an idea of what your dental goals are, but rest assured, once you’re here, you’ll have plenty of time to discuss this before any treatment begins.

Our team will take any necessary X-rays before a comprehensive clinical exam is performed. Using intraoral photos, digital X-rays, and visual aids, we’ll walk you through your whole oral anatomy and review our findings with you to ensure you fully understand your condition and treatment options. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your goals, comfort level, and timeline. Before you leave, our office manager will also review insurance details and financial options with you, too, to make sure that you can comfortably move forward.

Patient Forms

Once you schedule your appointment, our system will automatically send our new patient paperwork directly to you. Before your appointment, we kindly request that you complete these to help give us a head start on tending to your dental needs! These forms shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes to complete, and they allow you to share your dental history, concerns, and goals ahead of time. Dr. Leezer and our team will review all of this information before your appointment to ensure that we’re as thorough and efficient as possible while treating your smile.

Dental Insurance

We know how important dental insurance is when it comes to caring for your smile—by covering things like preventive care and treatments that benefit your oral health, it can help you save money down the road, too! That’s why our office is insurance-friendly and in-network with major dental plans, including:
