Get to Know Hannah Leezer, DDS
Dr. Leezer always starts by listening. She believes that when she’s able to truly understand a patient’s goals, needs, and preferences, only then can she deliver the care they require. Her goal is to treat your smile like no other, offering a unique and tailored path to the look, health, and longevity you want and deserve.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Dr. Leezer’s childhood best friend’s mom was a dentist, and she admired her as a strong, successful business owner. From an early age, she knew she wanted to build something of her own, a practice that reflects her values and creates a joyful, balanced environment for both the team and her family. She has found that with dentistry, loves what she does, and genuinely looks forward to coming to work every day.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Leezer earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she also served as a teaching instructor in anatomy and removable prosthodontics. During dental school, she traveled to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to provide dental care to local communities.
After graduation, Dr. Leezer spent several years practicing in Chicago and Austin before returning home to Indianapolis to bring her experience and passion for dentistry to her own practice, Evergreen Dental.
She has advanced her skills in emergency and implant dentistry through postgraduate training at the Koerner Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Implant Pathway, both highly regarded in the dental community. She has also completed training in minimal sedation, nitrous oxide administration, and Botox and dermal fillers.
Dr. Leezer has pursued training in biologic and holistic dentistry through the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) to gain a deeper understanding of how dental care can affect overall health. To stay on top of the latest advancements in her field, she’s an active member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Dr. Leezer and her husband (Dr. Ken) met back in dental school, and they now have a daughter named Josephine. She is the biggest blessing of their lives, and her joy inspires them every day! They also have two cats named Boba and Clyde, who are very cute and silly. Dr. Leezer likes to have fun by being active. She plays sand volleyball, goes on walks, and enjoys exercising. She thrives on friendly competition and is always up for any kind of competitive game. She’s also a big fan of eating macaroni and cheese, loves spending time with family, snuggling with her cats, and going to church with her mom. These simple joys help her recharge and keep life balanced.
